Rosman Computers Terms and Conditions for AMD Holiday Prize:

Prize details:
Travel Voucher with Travel Logic (www.travelogic.com.au) to the value of $5000 plus $500 cash. Can be used for travel anywhere the winner chooses, within 6 months of the drawn date.

Conditions:
For valid entry, the customer must purchase any AMD processor based Notebook/Laptop or PC (Computer) within the specified time period. The customers details are submitted on an entry form, and then placed into a sealed entry box. One entry form per customer per computer transaction limited. Not transaction dollar value limited.

Draw of winner details:
The winner will be drawn at the close of business on Tuesday 30th June 2009 at 6.00pm by the business owner/proprietor Joshua Charles Landman.

Lottery starting date and closing date details:
Starting Wednesday 6th of May 2009 and will be ending Tuesday 30th of June 2009.

Winner notification details:
The winner will be notified by phone contact, letter stating the winner and prize details by post as well as website post notification on www.rosmancomputers.com.au
If winner cannot be found or contacted to be claimed within 3 months by Wednesday the 30th of September, a redraw will take place at 6.00pm on Wednesday the 30th of September.
